(Friends of Library)

Our Friends of Library Used Bookstore is open daily. Most books, including Children's, are 25¢-$1.00, fiction & non-fiction. Books -- hardcover, paperback, large type, coffee table size. Bookstore also sells CDs, DVDs, Audiobooks, and has specials. Additional inventory are sold at quarterly BIG book sales at same prices!

Burroughs

5. Edgar Rice Burroughs Collection (Tarzan)

American writer (1875-1950).  City adopted "Tarzana" name from Burroughs ranch -1927.  Family donated Burroughs collection (e.g. TarzanJohn Carter) for Library patrons.  Burroughs family maintains weekly online "ERBzine" and an extensive archive at www.erbzine.com .
